About Us

Kristine and Sam Frost are sisters who share a very special bond. They were born into a large family of six with four brothers, and, as the two girls of the family, they've always had each other's backs.

Sam is a 29-year-old Australian actress, television and radio personality. Kris supports Sam behind the scenes, handling day to day operations. She is a mother of two little girls, Bridie and Olive, and has a certificate III & IV in Fitness.

Kris is hard working, driven, organised and efficient. Sam is raw, funny, a little dorky, fiercely determined and not afraid to speak her truth. Together they form a perfect team.

While in the limelight, Sam has gone through a public battle with depression, anxiety and relationship breakdowns. Throughout this time, Sam she's been very humbled and grateful to have had a large amount of support and love from people who have reached out to her personally via email or social media to detail their own dark battles, asking her for advice and guidance.

The vulnerability of these stories has moved both Sam and Kris deeply, inspiring them to make this online space.

What is Believe?

Believe is a mental health initiative for young girls and women focusing on depression, anxiety and help with navigating the sometimes toxic world of social media.

Believe is a safe place where everyone is invited, included and accepted. A place where imperfections are celebrated. Here you will find uplifting stories of strength and resilience, with advice from psychologists and others who have walked a similar path.

We believe in the power and strength of sisterhood where we encourage women and young girls to stand side by side and build each other up with support, kindness and acceptance.

No matter how lonely it feels sometimes, always remember, you are never alone.

Our mission

We want you to know that you are never alone. This website is a sisterhood to support, connect, inspire, educate and provide guidance to those who may be suffering. Our ultimate goal is to help young women believe in their own power.
